We straight­en, test, clean, refine, saw, devel­op and thus solve your prob­lems around capillary and precision tubes. For over a cen­tu­ry, we have been dri­ving capillary tube pro­duc­tion with inno­va­tion. With this expe­ri­ence, we have devel­oped our own pro­duc­tion meth­ods, machines and process­es. And we con­tin­ue to refine them every day.

With ETHEN Tub­ing Plus, we com­bine ser­vices with manufacturer know-how and a net­work of expe­ri­enced spe­cial­ists. This allows us to offer you the full pack­age of repairs, refine­ments, test­ing and full-service logistics.

Our ser­vices:

1. Con­tract annealing
We are spe­cial­ists in clas­si­cal soft anneal­ing, but we also offer semi-hard and hard tube design.

2. Con­tract straightening
We make warped or bent tubes of dif­fer­ent alloys usable again.

3. Con­fu­sion check with XRF
We deter­mine the chem­i­cal com­po­si­tion of materials and thus avoid expen­sive mis­takes by installing wrong materials in your machines and plants.

4. Con­tract tube drawing
Our tube draw­ing ser­vices are also avail­able for mate­r­i­al pro­vid­ed by the customer.
