With ETHEN Tub­ing Plus to your ETHEN tube

We are not “just” the manufacturer of capillary and precision tubes. We offer you a full service pack­age for your ETHEN tubes. This includes repairs, refine­ments, test­ing and full-service logis­tics. We bun­dle all this togeth­er under the ETHEN Tub­ing Plus concept.

Our ETHEN Tub­ing Plus service con­sists of four segments:

1. Con­tract anneal­ing: If you are look­ing for some­one to take care of clas­sic soft anneal­ing or even semi-hard and hard tube designs, then you have come to the right place. After all, we know that han­dling is all about the alloy in question.

2. Con­tract straight­en­ing: If improp­er mechan­i­cal pro­cess­ing, failed form­ing attempts or ther­mal effects occur, this will have an impact on the tube in planned loca­tions. Espe­cial­ly with high-grade alloys, con­tract straight­en­ing at ETHEN ROHRE is there­fore worth­while, because we use high­ly spe­cialised machin­ery that has been indi­vid­u­al­ly devel­oped by us.

3. Con­fu­sion check with XRF: With our X‑ray flu­o­res­cence analy­sis, we deter­mine the chem­i­cal com­po­si­tion of materials and pre­vent errors that can occur when the wrong materials are used.

4. Con­tract tube draw­ing: Capillary and precision tubes are sensitive top­ics that require spe­cialised knowl­edge. If you pro­vide us with mate­r­i­al to work with, we guar­an­tee with the con­fi­den­tial­i­ty agree­ment and oth­er agree­ments that we will pro­tect the knowl­edge of the alloy.
