From ini­tial con­tact to delivery

Coop­er­a­tion with you is very important to us and we do not want to be secre­tive about our process­es and pro­ce­dures. Just as we want trans­paren­cy from you, we want to make our process­es as trans­par­ent as pos­si­ble to you.

Our 16-step suc­cess roadmap con­tains the process­es from the

  • first con­tact,
  • con­sult­ing,
  • sam­ple raw mate­r­i­al production,
  • up to the start of the project,
  • deliv­ery
  • and sub­sequent use.
