A small but nev­er­the­less important step for envi­ron­men­tal protection

In the last year, some­thing has changed at our com­pa­ny in Aachen. Since the end of May 2022, a hall roof has been com­plete­ly equipped with pho­to­volta­ic mod­ules, and we are already achiev­ing 40 kWp with them. A fur­ther expan­sion stage for our pre-pipe ware­house is already being planned.
We are not (yet) sav­ing the world by doing this, but we are try­ing to make our con­tri­bu­tion to the environment. The step is not untyp­i­cal for ETHEN Rohre, because it cor­re­sponds to one of our guid­ing prin­ci­ples: Being able to change secures the future.

We are future-ori­ent­ed and able to change – at work process­es, generation changes and inno­v­a­tive machines. With our cus­tomer-ori­en­ta­tion and fam­i­ly atmos­phere we secure our company’s independence.

The guid­ing prin­ci­ple is not only important for us as a com­pa­ny and the peo­ple behind it, but also for our plan­et. With this invest­ment, we have so far been able to save 11 tons of COâ‚‚ since its instal­la­tion in May and that is equiv­a­lent to 325 trees (as of the end of Jan­u­ary 2023).
